My mother has been waiting on someone from State Farm to come out and look at her ceiling which is about to collapse at anytime now. My mother is 69 years old. She pay her insurance faithfully and when it's time to get what she needs done to her house they tell her they have other people to go to first. This is so unacceptable. I rated state farm 1 star but in all reality it's a no star from me.
