We've had a few interactions with RRPD and every time they've been professional and courteous. I am a single mom and I got a new car last week. I am a newspaper carrier so I work in the middle of the night. A couple days ago I ended up with a flat tire (about 3:30 am) and when I called my road side assistance they didn't have my new car on the account yet. I have seen some sketched out people in that neighborhood and wasn't comfortable changing the tire in the dark but decided I had no other choice. However, I could not get the jack out from under the seat so I called RRPD and within minutes an officer was there to help. I had asked only that he help get the jack out but he changed the tire for me. A few minutes after he started a second officer showed up. They were both very kind and cannot express how grateful I am that he changed the tire for me. Thanks again RRPD!
