Needed a rush job for business cards by the end of the week. Called at the beginning of the week and spoke to the owner. Was given a quote and confirmation they could fulfill my order in time. We agreed I would email the design that evening. Woke up to a brief and unprofessional email, riddled with typos and punctuation errors, that actually began "Hey you, turns out I cant do this." "Hey you"?!!??! In a business email????? Very unprofessional, and left me in a huge bind.

The only reason I gave this company two stars: the graphic was actually pretty good. I ordered 100 coasters as my Save the Dates for my wedding. We told them what we envisioned, and they created a great personal graphic for us.When I receive the "coasters" the pile itself was only about three inches thick. R&M used 12 pt paper (poster board paper you might have used for your sixth grade science fair display) and tried to pass it off as a coaster. If this thing sat under a drink for 10 seconds, it would be a soggy useless mess. We called the company, and they stated this is their usual coaster stock and had never had any complaints. (By the way, typical thin coaster stock is 40 pt.)We will be saving our money next time and using a different printer for our invitations, as well as having coasters made for the wedding by a reputable coaster printer.

R&M recently quickly (very rushed) created custom bridal invitations for me at less than the cost of the online vendors I was considering. They have also created great business cards and family calendars that were also very customized. They took the instructions given and perfectly matched every detail.
