My husband and I have relied upon State Farm for years, for both our auto and home insurance needs. We recently had two trees fall on our house in Bella Vista. Although we have had trees fall before, this is the first time that there was measurable damage. It was an experience getting contractors to remove the tree, estimate damage to the inside of the house, as well as estimate roof and siding repairs. Most of our initial contact was with State Farm adjusters. They left us feeling a little bewildered. One day my husband called the local office to discuss the situation. Zach really took care of us. He contacted the adjuster multiple times to help translate complex reimbursement procedures that are still evolving. Zach gave us his personal cell, and invited us to call him anytime. We feel so much more assured knowing Zach is there to help.
