While my overall experience living in this community has been positive, I cannot say the same regarding recent experiences with the maintenance staff. The heat has not worked since I turned it on this fall. Since last night was forecasted to go down into the 40s I put in a maintenance request. While the work was marked as completed, the same exact problems exist and I am now on my third work order request for the same issue. This is quite frustrating. When I call the leasing office the questions seem very scripted such as "what temperature do you have it set to right now?" I am often not home when maintenance supposedly arrives, so I have a hard time meeting with them in person so they don't leave and mark the problem as fixed when in fact it is not. No notes are left explaining what work was done, if any. Other than that I have been living there for three years now and I really haven't had many other issues to speak of.
