Restrooms are kept locked. The key must be requested. Fastest download speed (internet) is ~580 KB/s. Bring a sweater. Other than that, their library is decent.Of the many miles I've run, walked, & biked, I have not seen any public restrooms, port-a-potties, or drinking fountains in Rock Falls. Their Walmart is not a supercenter.

Out of date technology, standard scanner or copy service not an option. Staff loud and outgoing, no concern to guest experience. No quiet zones, for concentrated study. No suggestion or comment box. When suggestion letter was submitted for upper management, manager aproached me in defensive and rude manner.
