hello on Dec 21 2017 while i was in town visiting my son in another city i was approached by a city police officer outside the local Walmart he started drilling me with a bunch of questions about why i was there five minutes into the questioning he ordered me to place my hands behind my back that i was being placed under arrest for his safety and mine "now keep in mind I'm 5ft 109 ponds and the arresting officer was six ft 160 pounds i have no ability to fight." so immediately when he said that i asked why? Without answering me or saying a word he rushed up on me with all his might grabbed me lifted me up in the air and slammed me on the concrete face down put his foot on my head and finished handcuffing me and then lifted me back up and said i was under arrest for public intoxication and resisting arrest "but i assure you i wasn't under the influence of anything that day i was completely sober" i was taken to the jail locked in a holding cell till the next day. so on Dec 22 2017 i was placed in front of a judge and then was read my rights given bond and a future court date at the time i plead not guilty. and i was released they never did a drug test to prove they were right i was never allowed to clean myself up from the damage i suffered being arrested so i spent the night with all that dirt and blood on me. this is unforgivable and that officer must pay for his brutal force I'm seeking out a civil lawyer and this is going viral he has destroyed my trust in the police and the law i know shudder with fear every time i see a police officer i will be contacting the news Facebook and u tube i don't care what his line of strategy was he had no right to harm me
