First, let me start by saying I love ROI marketing so much. I have been working for this company for almost 6 years now I think. I started out the very bottom and I’ve gone up into a supervisor rank. They promote from within, they push their employees to do well, they are motivated, supportive, communicative and absolutely amazing. I have stayed on with this company for so long because of their support and their dedication to their employees.From a business standpoint, they were lieFrom a business standpoint, they rely on people to know their product, do the research and do your paperwork. It’s like any job, if you don’t know your tasks how are you going to be a productive member of that company? I think the negative reviews that are on this company’s website are biased. I have worked for hundreds of promotional marketing agencies over my years and I have never met anyone as friendly as the staff at ROI. I am on a first name basis with everyone of them, I rely on them to answer my questions and have my back. They rely on me to. I do agree that their pay process may be a little slow at start, but what company is it? They pay biweekly. Every single job I have ever worked for has paid biweekly. They make no qualms about it, it’s in their paperwork from the time you sign on with them. I absolutely love this company their ethics, their products, their support and their staff make them superior above all other marketing companies and I look forward to working with them for years to come
