I would never leave public bad review if it wasn’t absolutely worth it. The Bastrop office is terrible. The employee we unfortunately have to work with is biased towards my ex-spouse due to friendship, she removed my name off my homeowners’ policy at his word without even fact-checking which I didn’t get corrected until I filed a complaint with the LA Dept of Insurance & Corporate State Farm. The employee also argues with me to tell me I am not receiving certain pieces of mail at my address; however, every month the mail continues to come. I hate that she can see any of my business because I feel like she will share it with my ex- or anyone else who asks.The Sterlington, LA office was helpful to me, but they don’t have my policy. I am moving everything from this office to another agent as soon as possible. I have lost all respect in this agency after what I have gone through.
