It was time to renew my policy but I wanted to shop for new quotes. Clerk said she would call me back in a few hours with that information, which I did not get, so I called them back at 4:50pm. I was told by the same clerk that some other lady was “just about to call” me with that info. But then she contradicted herself when she said she was going to have the lady call me in the morning, cause they’ve been busy, then added she would inform the same lady that “I was looking for new quotes!” (So what the heck was the lady’s purpose in calling me if she didn’t know why?). Although I didn’t express it, I was a bit annoyed (and now w/o insurance). Next morning I, once again, waited on a call that never came, so I called back around 1:45pm! Got ahold of the clerk and she didn’t know why I was calling. She checked around the office and now some guy was suppose to give me a call. Once again, “weve been REALLY busy”. I couldn’t wait till Monday so I told her I’d go somewhere else. She said she was sorry, but I’m confident she wasn’t. Anyhow, it’s alot easier to just shop online and cut out the middleman
