Working with Rooted ID was a dream! Their team is professional, attentive, and brilliant. We needed a logo update and Jennifer and her team walked us through every step of the way. If you check out their process, we did the "Plant" process where they work with you on brand message and image. It was so helpful to work with them and our internal team to more clearly define our brand. We used the results from that to work towards a new logo. The new logo also turned out amazing and we have gotten nothing but positive feedback on it.Having a local agency was extremely important to us! We were able to meet with them in their offices and they were available when we needed. It was such a pleasant process and I look forward to working with them more in the future on other projects. I'd highly recommend them!
