State Farm in Nashville is an excellent company with amazing customer service. Their agents are always going above and beyond to make sure your claim is handled in a timely manner with the best customer care. I would recommend them to anyone!

Rusty’s office is wonderful! His agents are very knowledgeable and efficient. Whenever I needed to file a claim, I was able to choose which body shop to use and my agent worked directly with the shop so I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

Not happy at all with them. Had to file a claim on a new car. They do not offer accident forgiveness. I was not allowed to choose the repair shop. I waited two weeks on a the repair status of my car then all I got told was when it would be ready. I was never given an estiment they do not update they app. I will be looking into auto insurance somewhere else.
