Have had them for around 11 years. Never treated poorly constantly looking out to make sure I get the best possible rate. The entire team is very approachable and very helpful. Currently have Car loan, checking acct, car insurance, life insurance.

I recently switched my State Farm policies to the Rusty Scheel Agency and am very happy with the change. They now support my auto (2 cars), home and personal property policies. This agency has a front office support team headed up by Jenna and Mike Flynn who are incredibly responsive to both my email, text and phone calls concerning my policy questions or changes. I recently bought a new car requiring an update to my auto policy. I sent a simple email to Mike and Jenna describing the change request and the next day my policy was updated, new insurance cards were issued, the State Farm mobile app was updated and a confirmation email came back to me describing all cost impacts of the policy change and what they initiated on my behalf. This office provides fast, accurate and efficient customer service...a real treat!

I've been with State Farm forever but never had this great of an agent. Rusty is immediately responsive to all my calls. Isn't this why I have State Farm (specifically with Rusty) and not any other insurance? Insurance is only as good as your agent and I got very fortunate with him. He's great with explaining insurance to new drivers, helping with claims, going above and beyond. I can't recommend Rusty enough!

A sewage flood in 2017 had us out of our home for 5 months. But State Farm really came thru for us. They were wonderful. They were amazing. Thank you.
