Absolutely the worst insurance agency I’ve ever dealt with. They have taken payment out whenever they feel like taking it out even though I’m set up on auto pay. He claims that it’s taken out on different dates because of insuffient funds HOWEVER that’s a lie because my autopay is set up to come out the day after I get paid AND my bank statements prove that I had money (more than enough to cover my bill) and it wasn’t taken out when it was authorized. Don’t waste your time, if you stay with State Farm at least find a different agent because there’s something crooked going on here and I find it funny that no one wants to answer any kind of questions they just pass the blame onto something else.
