I called to ask a if their PCs allow you to add a language through the control panel? They were not very efficient by giving me an answer. I was put on a hold for 20 minutes in the phone and still did not get a proper answer. I asked the Lady who answered the phone to Hold the Menu and press R to see if the computer allows you to go to the Control Panel so that you can add another language to the keyboard, but the Lady refused to do that.
