Feedback:
I have been with this company since 2010. They're always there for me, they take good care of me I consider myself lucky to be able to find a good match for the skill level I have
Feedback:
They cheat there workers out of money if you use the global cash card! Get a account if you deal with these people! They dont pay much and other temp agencies pay better they pay you $8 $9 and $10 jobs when other temp agencies are paying good $11 $12 and$13 or better! I worked 3 days one week and my check was $250! I worked 5 days the next week and my check was $150!? if your looking for a good paying job this is not the place to deal with, you'll see for yourself all of there workers either quit or walk out the door
Feedback:

DON’T GO HERE!!!!!!!!! The staff treats everyone that goes here like they’re second-rate human beings when they are nothing themselves. Deborah and Gus are pure trash and were just hired because the owner of safe staffing needed bodies to fill positions at their business. If safe staffing of Ohio really cares about what happened to me at this place they’ll fire them. I would never keep, let alone hire on, people such as these low life, disrespectful, poor excuses for humans. It’s so apparent that these people working here are not regularly supervised and are allowed to treat customers like trash and still keep their jobs. The owner of safe staffing has to know what this place is like. I inquired about any available positions and Deborah said to come right in. I came in and all they wanted to do was show me a video that talked about wearing proper protective gear in the work place. I proceeded to ask Gus what the job was and where it was and he didn’t want to answer my question. I finished watching the video and he comes to me and says does this sound like a job you would like. I then asked him what the job was and where the job was and he strongly reluctantly told me. I mean, I watched the video and he still didn’t tell me where and what the job was!!!! Who says yes to a job and you don’t know what the job is and where it is?!!!! I said I need to know more information because they found a job another time that I had to walk away from because it didn’t seem safe. It was a third shift job. You entered the building in the back and there was no security that I could see around. I went in and another concern presented itself to me. All that I saw working there were foreigners. I’m not racist at all, but it’s strange to walk into a factory as an American and see no Americans. Wouldn’t you think the same thing? Then they showed me this paperwork that had company policies on it. The 15 minute breaks were 10 minutes and the 30 minute breaks were 20 minutes. Put all this together and wouldn’t that look like a slave labor kind of situation? So within an 8 hour shift I only get 40 minutes of break?!!!! I explained to Gus and Deborah what happened at the last job and Deborah just started yelling and wouldn’t let me finish. Gus was telling me to leave if I didn’t want work. I’m not trash and I have too much respect for myself to have stayed at that job and to have accepted the one they were trying to offer me this day. Usually, any respectable job is presented to a prospective employee in a professional manner. When it comes to safe staffing of Ohio there is no professionalism!!!! Know this!!!! When I first walked in to safe staffing of Ohio the people working there looked like they were barely keeping their heads above water. I couldn’t tell the difference between the employees and the people looking for work. I wonder if the owner has ever read any of these reviews. But you know, he propbably doesn’t even care. Well, what you’ll see when you walk into the office shows that he doesn’t. I would never own a business and not know how poorly and disrespectfully people are being treated and not do something about it. This would never be an issue at one of my businesses. I went in to try to make some money at a temporary job while I was waiting for my jobs that I went to school for to come through. Wow. This place reaks of poverty, slum life, the gutter, dirt(a type of dirt that a shower can’t wash off), unprofessionalism, rudeness, trash, abuse, low spirits, down and outness(it’s a word now thanks to safe staffing), and you just feel like something is trying to tie cinder blocks to the feet of people looking for work that are already in a low place in their lives. This place needs to shut down. You can feel the dismal energy that this place emits even when you drive passed it. I HAVE TO GIVE THIS PLACE A RATING OF 1 STAR JUST TO BE ABLE TO LEAVE A REVIEW, BUT I REALLY GIVE IT A -20 STARS!!!!
