They were very helpful to assist me in designing a shirt for my dance class. I would highly recommend this business for any of your design need. They put the customer first! Definitely 5 stars.

I dropped off 4 jerseys to have our 6 year old girl's soccer team names ironed on the back. Even though I had a written list with correct names and numbers, they mixed up two of the names and ironed on the wrong jerseys. The little girls were so disappointed not to get their original numbers and the parents wanted a refund. When I called, the owner was very rude, stating that I had signed a "damage waiver" and they could not be held responsible. I don't know what I could have done different other than taking my business some where else. The owner was so rude and didn't even apologize. After she stated her policy, I said "I guess we won't be using you again." She thanked me and hung up. I'm very irritated because I depended on them to iron on the correct names on the correct jerseys. To make matters worse, one of the little girls had her backpack embroidered with her original number that doesn't match the jersey she got back AND it is two sizes to big for her. Therefore, obviously the other jersey was too small for the other girl. Sal's could have cared less. She seemed delighted about the whole instance. Being a business owner myself, waiver or not, I would have refunded the money if the mistake was on my part. We will not be going back. I was recommend to Aloha Screen Printing instead.

Excellent customer service and impressive knowledge of products. Sal's T-shirt Company does more than just t-shirts. This is true. They cater to the businesses in the area and do a wonderful job of making work places and teams look great. On the occasion that someone needs a single item made, the staff at Sal's still make sure your design gets done with the same professionalism as the rest of those who walk through the door. I will send my friends, family and co-workers here for the best money can buy instead of the cheapest and fastest, we all reserve the rights to the Best!!!

Their storefront is misleading as is their reception area which is packed full of product. It appears they actually don't do anything here but take orders. It's taken two weeks to get a ball cap airbrushed and to have a plastic name badge created. I could have had my order filled in China and had it back in less time. They do not take credit cards and could not break a one hundred dollar bill. Gulf Breeze is notorious for "laid back" service businesses, but these people take it to a higher level.
