Do not count on this charity for donating items. I signed up for a pick up on line weeks in advance. Also called and spoke with a representative on the phone confirming my items for pick up. Drivers were supposed to arrive between 8am and 4pm. Someone finally showed up at 6pm. When they did finally arrive the drivers refused to take two of the items that were the heaviest items. Even though the items had been pre-approved by their call center. They just did not want to do any heavy lifting. Take your things to Goodwill.
