Scheduled a pick up of furniture that we decided we didn't want to take in our cross country move. They called me the morning of pick up and said they don't want to stop by because they really don't need the furniture (!) Absolutely terrible company. My drafting table is brand new and when I told him that he said he didn't know what it was but was sorry they were not coming. I called customer service spent over 1 hr total trying to reach someone. One call I was on hold for over 20 mins the lady picks up and hangs up. Terrible company altogether.
