Deputy Quezada has shown a blatant case of targeting, insisting that the driver of a vehicle identifies himself. “Mr. Hernandez I need to identity you.” This coupled with the fact that he does not know the, or worse, he lies about the law in order to get the passengers ID with no RAS shows the lack of training and reaffirms citizens lack of trust when dealing with officers.

Did you guys even train deputy quezada? The video showing his complete lack of knowledge in regards to identification will certainly win you no favor. I'm sure you will find no fault when you investigate because you will have another ignorant dumbass doimg that job as well. It's a shame to see a department content with looking like morons all over the internet. The camera captures the facts and all facts point to piss poor training. Be sure to thank your taxpayer for footing the bill for your civil rights violations. Try not to get any good cops killed, we will need them when we clear you and the rest of the trash from the street.

Sheriff Deputy Quezada arresting a passenger in the car during traffic stop for not identifying is blatant ignorance of law. How is it possible that citizens know more about the law than the thugs in uniforms. Thanks to all citizens that expose these gang members for what they are. This needs to be rectified by government immediately. Thank god that depth Quazeda wasn't trigger happy idiot as this stop was escalated for no apparent reason. To supervisors and chiefs - if you do not correct this behaviour, you are as culpable as your front line staff.
