Client Review on San Bernardino County

Feedback:

I got a letter from Social Security saying that I was convicted and incarcerated for a crime. This was a case of mistaken identity, as I did research online and found an inmate with a similar name as mine, but is from another state. I checked my California DMV & Credit Report information and also asked for advice from attorney and he said to check my livescan fingerprints.SBPD does livescans, but only on Wednesdays by appointment only. SBPD referred me to the Sheriff, which does livescans and a few other services. When I walked in I was kindly greeted by the office deputy, who pointed me to the records department, as I never been to this office before. I explained my situation to the records clerk and she said she couldn't do a livescan, but she could print me a Letter of Clearance. She scanned my DMV drivers license & in less than 10 minutes my letter was printed and certified. Good thing I had cash on me, as it was $30 and they don't take checks or debit cards.5 Stars. San Bernardino County keep hiring only the best.
