Jodie Satterfield is such a kind person! My 16 yr old was taking his drivers test and forgot to print a form. (Of course!) She was so sweet and printed it for us even though I’m sure that sooo many individuals probably do the same to her.. we will definitely be switching to farmers at renewal time

Jodie Satterfield team has been amazing! I can always call Jodie on her cell phone after hours or on weekends and she always picks up and helps me all the time. I can even text her if I just have a quick insurance question. Jodie’s knowledge and years of experience in the insurance industry is why I will stay with Farmers and I have been with Farmers for 2 years now and my rates have gone down every renewal! Farmers has not raised my rates one time since I have been with Jodie Satterfield Agency! I highly recommend Jodie and her team!

My experience with this agency has been extremely pleasant and the transition has been so easy for me as a customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new insurance agency, they have been kind, informative and responsive to all of my families needs. Everyone I have dealt with in the office has been well spoken and has had excellent follow through with any inquiries I or my husband have had.
