A few words about my experience at the State Farm Insurance office of Scott Case in River Grove. I stopped in just to get some basic info about what they had to offer without any intention buying anything and I wound up agreeing to transfer my auto and home policies to State Farm from a different company. Why? Better coverage, better rates, and most importantly we discussed my current coverage and how it could be improved upon. Not a sales pitch, a discussion, and that's what did it for me.

??????????All I have to say is tropical storm Nate. We had gotten caught in the forward bands of that storm late Saturday night and early Sunday morning. We were on the road to Gatlinburg Tennessee to visit some family. The rain was so bad around Louisville that we tried to get off the road and ended up driving through a pothole that was flooded with water. We couldn't see the road let alone the pothole because it was covered with water. It smashed the front bumper, the driver side front tire and cracked the wheel, blew out the rear driver side tire and knocked the vehicle out of alignment. We had the vehicle towed by flatbed to Oxmoor Hyundai in Louisville and ended up getting stuck there for several days. We ended up renting a vehicle and made it to a cousin's house for a day when the Hyundai dealership called us and told us our vehicle was ready. Big Jim Upton service manager at Oxmoor Hyundai told me that he had never worked with an insurance company that got them their check as quick as State Farm did. He was truly impressed! He said whoever my agent was, was on it heavy and pushed the ball down the court until they received all clearances and payment. All I can say, if you want good service, if you want things done right, if you want peace of mind, if you want value for your dollar, give Scott Case a call, he goes above and beyond!?????
