Called in 9 times in an hour. Nobody answered. Kept getting voicemail. After calling the 1-800 number i was transferred to Pam at this office. She literally told me she saw me calling in but was busy.... too busy to pick up my call to take a message and call me back. Instead just ignored my numerous calls completely while i was in the process of trying to buy a car and get out of the dealership. Very disspointed with the service
