I have been a customer of this office for almost all of my driving years. While I have seen and dealt with some ups and downs staff-wise in those years, my concerns and requests are always taken care of. Scott has become a friend to us, and his eagerness to help is always appreciated. We now have several policies, personal and business, with him, and the rates can't be beat! Believe me, we've checked. ;)

They have been incredibly rude to me multiple times. Every time I spoke with one of the ladies at the office for any reason, I was treated like a burden they'd rather not deal with and I ended up having to go through the corporate numbers. More often than not, any question I had was met with I don't know. Not let me find out, or let me see what I can find out. They put zero effort into helping me resolve any issues, claims, or questions I had. I was forced to contact the corporate number who would then tell me that I should contact my agent. So I would have to explain the situation just to get simple questions answered.

Switched my car and homeowners to State Farm and have not been disappointed. Dana is a great agent to have. Also just filed my 1st insurance claim ever, and State Farm took wonderful care of me and made the process very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!Update 1/16/19: Just added some personal belongings policies and needed coverage the Friday before Christmas, so that I felt safe going on vacation and leaving my home for a week. Shaante was extremely responsive and got me covered the same day. Nothing but great customer service here!
