They have been incredibly rude to me multiple times. Every time I spoke with one of the ladies at the office for any reason, I was treated like a burden they'd rather not deal with and I ended up having to go through the corporate numbers. More often than not, any question I had was met with I don't know. Not let me find out, or let me see what I can find out. They put zero effort into helping me resolve any issues, claims, or questions I had. I was forced to contact the corporate number who would then tell me that I should contact my agent. So I would have to explain the situation just to get simple questions answered.
