Sadly I had a horrible experience with Screen-It. I had an item I wanted a 6 letter word embroidered on. I emailed them to ask for a quote. We discussed the item and details. I was quoted a price of $10 and told to bring it in. I get there to drop off the item and was told that it would not be $10 but $20. That wasn't what we had agreed upon but I wanted the item embroidered and I like supporting small, local businesses so I agreed. I dropped the item off on Tuesday and was told it would be ready later that day or tomorrow. It is now Friday and I have heard nothing. So I called them and the guy said it should be ready later today. Double the price quoted, double the time quoted. Very unprofessional.
