Overall Feedback:

If we could give a negative 5 rating we would. Shane scammed us. We met with a professional chef before we signed a contract for our grooms dinner and wedding lunch. We had Peruvian Ceviche and Mediterranean kabobs as a couple of our items. One day before the wedding rehearsal, he told us he had to fire his chef, but that it would be even better. We had a grooms dinner the night before and ran out of food before half our guests could eat. Shane assured us this would not happen for the wedding lunch. Wedding day comes and he’s late to set up, the sound system went set up so we had to sing “here comes the bride”, and that was only the beginning. The food was cold, and not of the chef qualify that we paid for. We paid for a high end meal and we were served a store bought platter of shrimp (no ceviche) and cookies from Walmart and moldy whole apples on a plate. It was an absolute embarrassment and we ended up having to order pizza. Do not waste your money with Shane unless you want to be scammed.
