I would give 0 stars if I could. My grandparents have been very loyal to this company over the past 20 years. Every single time they have a claim on their home, this company comes up with some bs reason on why they won’t pay for it! Recently my parents AC went out on the house (my grandparents carry the homeowners ins). Well the AC people stated that it was lightening that caused the damage... shelter had someone come out and look at it and not even 24 hours later they called the AC company and accused them of writing a false report as my dad had bribed them! Uh what?! That’s insurance fraud and who would be stupid enough to do that. Who would even think of that?! This company has horrible customer service! If you want to pay for insurance that will not cover you when you need it.. then by all means go to them.
