Might be a decent library, if there weren't 20 homeless people hanging out, conversating in a library that is supposed to be quiet and for reading and online use. I understand that homeless people need somewhere to go during the daytime, but the library isn't the appropriate place to post up and have a loud, annoying conversation, and then cough all over people, getting people sick. I probably sound pretty uppity. But, honestly, why cant I just go to a public library without being coughed and hacked all over, and have to listen to homeless people have a conversation for an hour??
