We have ran into some quality and order issues with Show Your Logo Inc. The customer service is fast, kind, and extremely helpful - however this review is 3 stars due to both of our orders have had issues. Our first order of the Himalayan Tumbler had a bleed problem with our logo. They did give a small refund for the situation. Normally I wouldn't fault a company on one mistake, but our second order (much larger than the first) of the same tumbler design + "Est. 2017" was sent to us wrong and did not match the proof I was sent. It didn't have the requested lid color or the "Est. 2017." My representative was extremely apologetic and was extremely sorry that we have had issues on both of our orders. We decided to request a discount to keep the current tumblers sent to us and reorder what we wanted (for an upcoming event). Seems like they keep a good name, I am just sharing our experience. Hopefully they don't continue on this trend and we will consider looking elsewhere if it happens again.
