Overall Feedback:

I am giving two stars because the end product is fine but getting the end product is another issue.I had an issue about a year ago when trying to get wedding invitations printed for a client. It was like pulling teeth to get them actually printed. Communication between staff sucks.So I held my tongue and gave them a second chance about a week ago.Nothing has changed. Communication still sucks. This time I only needed 10 copies of a design and it has been a week since the first point of contact.
