Signs are one of the most important aspects of a business. They tell a lot about the business and can either draw new customers in or if they are poorly designed and crafted, turn potential customers away.We were opening our new store in Cannery Row, Monterey and needed a few signs for the directory and above our store. We were originally referred to another company, but they were difficult to work with and their quality was sub-par. We were then referred to Signs by Van and we couldn't be happier. We were treated with exceptional customer service from the time we called them on the phone and throughout the process of design and installation (THANK YOU Jeremy and Phil).Phil went above and beyond in working with us on our design and we greatly appreciated his expertise, insights and artistry.Everyone at Signs by Van was fantastic and friendly throughout the process and once the signs were made, we were VERY happy. They are exquisite, classy, finely crafted and unique to our business.
