Called up Silver Star and spoke to Liz about getting setup for internet. Within an hour of our call ending, just as she mentioned would happen, I received a call from a tech to set up an appointment. The fact the call happened within the given time frame is a huge bonus off the bat cause as we know, cable companies are known for always being late, whether it be for service or a call back.We setup a time and the service guy was there within an hour of our meeting time, again pretty much unheard of when dealing with a cable company. He spent about 30 min taking care of everything and I came home with everything setup and ready to go.This was BY FAR the most painless, easiest experience I have ever had with any cable company ever and they are completely local to boot! True, they don't serve everywhere in Jackson yet but the service they provide is worth waiting for.
