If you buy a home hire an inspector. I didn’t see the window warped till after it rained and water was draining inside the window. Really inspect because now there are many issues the small ones I fixed. but this one is ridiculous. Not to mention before buying ask how much interest because your financing for their listed price which is a lot higher then the estimated value then they add more then half the price for financing. Now I gotta figure out how to get the window replaced and I just moved in. They said I could have looked at it as much as I wanted but told me that only after the purchase. Just be smart because it’s a dog eat dog world ask questions and don’t move and let them pressure you until your ready and have the unit inspected and an estimate done because the asking price is way above estimated value by 17,000 on my property also is a yes community but all they have is a basketball court no community exercise facility, no perks you pay water ,garbage ,sewer ,utilities, mow and pay a high lot rent. Kind regretting it all.might be better buying a plot of land and purchasing your own home direct. Disappointing they will take advantage when you are a first time buyer. After you buy they will say it is as is. Look in to other options as well might save yourself.
