I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their technician went in the backyard to mark the gas lines and did not lock my gate when he left. He saw I had dogs. Well my dogs got out and my puppy ended up with a deep laceration on her paw pad once I found them after searching for over 90 minutes. The cut was so bad she ended up needing stitches and with that came a $500 ER Bill. The technician even admitted that he did not lock that gate because he didn't know how but I was home so he could have let me know. Now they are saying they are not liable for the bill because their employee says he closed the gate. He pulled it but it wasn't closed all the way because it was not locked. It's a shame I now have to contact a lawyer because of this foolishness.
