I question the integrity and character of this company, especially of an executive at Social5 named Martin Haws. They somehow extracted my private and unlisted email address without permission, and decided to spam me with offers to sign-up for their social media services. The methods in which they used to contact me were not compliant with ANTI-SPAM laws on a federal and state-level in California. After I confronted them about this, they were dishonest, uninformed, and turned the situation into something it wasn't - acting as if I'm not intelligent enough to detect that. Clients should beware working with Internet-based businesses that do not understand laws of their own industry, you could inadvertently end up in a lawsuit because of their actions while they represent your brand online.
