Overall Feedback:

Had heard great things about Softweb but was introduced to a Chad Dirksen? He is supposedly in a management position but spoke horribly about the company, his bosses & coworkers. He actually stated that most of the company was infested with "dot-heads" , his vernacular not mine, & that he was so sick of the scent of curry! Said if I wanted to work with an American I should just have my boss hire him on the side. Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior & open racism! Needless to say will not be recommending them to my employer!
