The business center has saved my bacon on a couple of rush jobs, they are collegial and helpful. And, considering we live on a rock in the middle of the Salish Sea, their prices are moderate and accessible...and keep me from having to take a ferry ride to get quality commercial printing. On many occasions, when I have the choice between a larger print center on the mainland and this service here in Freeland, I pick my local option and am always glad I do. I do not recommend this business. In short the manager, Chris, shows no hospitality or customer service. The day before I went in I spoke with an individual about having a poster made for a class. He was very helpful, provided pricing, and recommended I come in and speak with Chris to go over final details. The next day when I stopped in I had my young son with me. I asked for Chris, and then asked if before we started chatting business if my son could use the restroom. She told me that he could use the restroom around the corner at the gas station. When I said okay and that we would be back she then asked if we could talk before because she was leaving. I said he is young and I would prefer to take him around the corner to the gas station since his needs trumped mine. Chris, the manager, then proceeded to let me know that she was leaving and that the other employee would jot down my business needs and pass them to her the following day.No wonder there wasn't another customer in this business... they were probably trying to locate a restroom.This is a local business I will never support. Staples can have my business.
