I placed several orders with Metal Unlimited this holiday season and have not received the items. Late shipping is not enough to give one star but customer service is. No phone number was immediately listed but after tracking it down I called them to see about fixing the mistake. I've been on hold for over 4 1/2 hours now and still no response. I've sent FB messages and emails but keep getting generic responses. I think this company puts out a good product but if you're unfortunate enough to have a problem with your order they're not very helpful.

My husband ordered our family name from a Groupon site. We received it three months later (time was not a factor for us). I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the craftsmanship and that our last name was spelt correctly. Friends who were visiting when the package arrived also loved it! They have never seen anything like it. We're looking into how we can order several more for our family and friends. Great gift idea!

Ordered 11/30/18, website indicated that I was ordering in time for Christmas. Mid-December, I emailed to ask if Iwould get my order on time. Received an email back stating that I would receive my order by Christmas. When I had not received my order and it wasn't showing shipped by 12/18. I sent another email. This time, I received no response. Waited another day and emailed again....still no response. Now, it is the weekend before Christmas and I have to struggle to find the perfect gift for family members last minute!!! Thank God I paid for my order through Paypal, so I won't have trouble getting my money back!
