Husband wanted t shirt and asked about his size. Girl at counter said we do not have it and told him to come back. He said we are not from here. She barely looked up from computer and acted uninterested. Did not offer to check display shirt. I know we were there close to end of day. But we planned our trip around this location and was disappointed.

Shout to Steve and Patsy owners of the dealership. They heard we were headed to the Triple Nickel route. So they invited us in the back to let us pick out shirts they hadn't even put out on display yet. Very friendly staff, I will definitely be stopping next time I pass thru W.VA..

Stopped in to schedule an appointment for my brother's Dyna. Easily done. The staff was pleasant and attentive immediately, even complimenting my hat, which is a duplicate of Daniel Day Lewis's in "There Will Be Blood". The store was clean and attractive. Obviously well maintained with a sense of pride. I picked up a t-shirt, a patch, and a sticker for myself.While I was a long way from home - East Texas to West Virginia, I felt as if I was back in the tomato capital of the Universe. Whether their hospitality was sincere or not, I did not mind being catered to. I put on my company face as well, being that I was representing the great state of Texas and all of its glories. It was easy in such a splendid environment.I would recommend visiting Williamstown's Harley-Davidson store. It is worth the trip up the hill to get there, and it is just off the Interstate.
