Ordered on May 3rd, 2017 and we still haven't received our order. We paid them in full and they promise a 12-16 week turnaround. They don't answer phone calls, emails or Facebook messages. I also made a complaint with the BBB but they will not respond to them either.

I left at least 40 messages and no one has returned my call! Yet, they were so fast to take the students hard earned money & the company did not meet deadline delivering blankets as agreed.

We ordered and paid for blankets in April 2017. As of today no blankets and we cannot get a hold of anyone in the company. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!

This company takes your money and does not deliver the product! I am still waiting for my order which was placed in November 2016. Despite promises from them of a refund or the actual product, I am still waiting and received nothing!
