Overall Feedback:

5 THUMBS DOWN, NO STAR.Initial charge was £13.64. I was shocked to be told my parcel was oversize and unless I payed an additional £10.80 within a week, the parcel would be destroyed.The supplier was also surprised and they tell me that they have much larger parcels returned often and and it does not cost this much.
