Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company they are the most worthless company you've ever met in your life the Secretariat for customer service is the most rudest person you've ever met they won't even answer the phone for two weeks or call you back when the service is not working and then they blame you and say it's working fine I was with this company for 3 years and I called to complain one time when I canceled my service because I complained stay away from this company

When you need to get ahold of them you can’t. If your signing up for the first time be prepared to go back and forth with them on getting set up. I think it took 3 weeks for us to get set up that’s with us having to call them because they never contacted us when they got delayed or had to reschedule. It was too much work when other companies will work for you. And if there is an outage over a weekend just plans on being without internet all weekend this is a mom-Friday 9-5 company only.

Signed up for service almost 4 years ago. Still waiting. Their build out is extremely slow. As far as I know, they only provide service along the business district's of Central Ave and 11th Street. I don't know if they simply lack the resources or if our city council is extorting exorbitant right of way fees. In any case, you can discount my rating of 3, as sadly I'm not a customer and can't leave a review without a rating.

Very caring and professional outfit. My Son owns Hometown Computers in Nebraska City and Spiral is just AWESOME!! Incredible speed, reliability customer care they provide it all wrapped up in one! Ever since he had Spiral installed it it has increased the production rate of repairs 10 times fold. No crashes at all like from the other guys. Thank you Spiral and Nikki for being there for his business and him!

The owners and they're service is terrible, they're unprofessional, would never recommend. I filed a complaint with the FCC.
