Refuses to Respond to Query

What was the best part of the experience?

Up to Feb, the site was OK to use. You paid your money and when you won you were paid and all of a sudden you are ignored. This is not the way to get business done.

What would you change about the experience?

The site should increase its customer service and respond to a query in a faster way. The current way things are handled leaves the client with no way to respond.

Overall Feedback:

Up until the start of March, things were moving somewhat smoothly. But the way the site is run is sad. I am waiting on three withdrawal totaling $180. I won 2 contests, one for $500 and one for a new Storm bowling ball and have yet to hear anything since Feb 20 when I bowled and March 5th and 9th when the contests closed. I have sent five emails with no response, and right now, with leagues shut down, I would like everything I am entitled to. This is bad business all the way around. Just sad. If the money is lost, say so, and let us take the necessary steps. Now is not the time to have to look into legal action during these severe times. SMH
