The reviews I have read are about the Company, not about the Store. I am giving a review of the Store. The store is clean, organized, and there is lots of seating to watch TV. I find the sign in station tedious. I don't like having to fill out this form even when there is no one waiting. Once a person acknowledges that I am there I receive good service. Not great service, just good service. My issue isn't always resolved, but the staff is professional and polite. Communication within the organization is lacking. I wanted to upgrade to fiber optic cable. The office personnel said it was coming; a technician working in my area told me the fiber optic was already in my area and just needed to be hooked up at my house. I am disappointed that I cannot exchange equipment at the store; I have to wait for a technician to come out to exchange the equipment. I do appreciate that when I make an appointment the technician does come out within a day or two.

I had better internet in 2001 in Korea, for $85 a month you would think maybe someone would give a damn. I have called, left internet messages, and never a response. I thought spectrum was bad, this in my opinion, is the worst.

My mother in law lives in Sampson county. Since loosing her husband she has been on a limited, fixed income. I am shocked at the over priced limited phone.cable.internet service available to her. Previously she was paying 200. for a bundle that includes less than 2/3 of the similar bundle that I pay less for, the effort to reduce the cost we found a bit of a challenge was still only able to get her bill down to approx 125.00 which includes one step above basic cable, no long distance, and DSL at its slowest. Its Star or nothing :-(
