Have had several issues. When we first had the service on, our number was “unlisted” which caused us not to be able to reach people who had a block on unlisted calls. It took them several phone calls and months before that was resolved. Been a customer since June/July, have never been late on a payment until this month. We didn’t receive a bill in the mail, and wasn’t aware we had a bill that was due on the 15th. So 11 days late, they cut off your service. Just so you guys know. They claimed to have called our home phone which the only calls we ever receive are 95% of the time telemarketers. So we mostly ignore the calls or hang up when we hear an automated call. So we had the main contact number changed to our cell phone so we can be reached easier. I requested they wave the fees to turn the service back on but because I haven’t been a customer for over a year, they won’t do that. We will be searching for new service, I’ve never heard of anyone shutting off service if your bill is 11 days late. Especially if you have good credit and you’re account has been in good standing for 7 months. Because we are new customers, they didn’t care to help. That is just ridiculous, and no one had any care to work with me and all. I’ll find another phone and internet provider that appreciates their customers more. You’ve lost a loyal and reliable customer. Take care of your customers, and maybe they will stick with you. I’m. Im not giving my hard earned money to a service that’s going to cut my service like I haven’t paid in months, like I haven’t been reliable in the past. To be treated like I’m not a worthy customer. Oh well. Your loss.
