I've been working with Kaitlyn Foss in getting quotes for homeowners insurance on a home we are purchasing. We had a short 20-day closing time frame, so I need quotes and info fast. Kaitlyn was incredibly helpful. She provided a ton of information, respond to every question I had and provided numerous different quotes. We ended up getting not only the homeowners to adding 2 auto policies as well. This was because Kaitlyn was able to show how much we could actually save by combining and State Farm discounting processes. She even got us better auto rates than we are paying today. To make it even better she handled getting our old policies cancelled AND was super responsive with our mortgage lender in making sure they had all the insurance information they needed to get us to closing on time. Kaitlyn is the only reason we ended up choosing State Farm, not the price or necessarily the products offered (even though they were both more than competitive), it is because I was able to trust her to help me when I needed it. I would highly recommend others consider getting insurance through Chris Ahles, because he has such incredible helpful and competent people working with him. Thanks again Kaitlyn!
