Heather and her team have been amazing to us! After having been with a previous insurance company for about 10 years (who were horrible), we switched to Heather with Statefarm. Upon our first visit with her, she made us feel as though she had known us for many years. About a year and a half later my husband and kids were in a serious car accident. Heather and her team handled EVERYTHING on their end for us. They went above our expectations and called to ask how we were holding up and even sent us a card as well. Whenever I have a question or need a change they handle things quickly and are ALWAYS friendly. We couldn't ask for a better team to handle our family's insurance needs. They're AWESOME!!
