Client Review on State Farm
Feedback:
I liked them at first. Until they repeatedly lied to me. Didn't inform us the our premiums would go up when we moved. When I asked about it I was told that they don't tell people unless they ask. The agent would not handle our accident claim. I was charged twice and was assured that a refund check had been mailed. I waited. Nothing. I called and was told yes they sent the check on Tuesday. I waited. Nothing. I was then told that they credited my bank card back. They did not. Then was told that they credited my State Farm account. Then was told oh Yea no refund check was sent to you. They lied to us to save their own skin. Then wouldn't return our phone calls. Needless to say We are no longer a client at this office. What a joke.
